Principal Objective of Position: To provide safe and reliable transportation for property residents to and from various designated pick-up and drop-off destination.

Principal Objective of Position: The Project Engineer will play a key support role on our Construction team. They will help coordinate key administrative activities that enables the Construction team to run projects smoothly. This includes project onboarding, project administration, data analysis and reporting, and project close out. The ideal candidate will be very detailed, organized, able to manage time and priorities.

Principal Objective of Position: This position directly manages and oversees assigned individual construction project(s) and associated staff. This role ensures operational objectives are maintained and met by establishing and executing project planning, project organization, project scheduling and budget controls.

Principal Objective of Position: The Leasing & Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all leasing and marketing efforts. Supports and enforces company policies and procedures. Adheres to federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to property management. Promotes teamwork while achieving goals. Establishes and maintains positive resident relations.   Performs other duties as assigned.  

Principal Objective of Position: The Project Executive is responsible for the execution of the development business strategy as it relates to the specific projects assigned, and the management and coordination of all aspects of the assigned development projects (design, development operations, pre-construction, construction, property management, project finance, underwriting and entitlement) to ensure a profitable, financeable, and well-leased project. This position will report to the Executive Vice President, Development with the creation and execution of the development business strategy.

Principal Objective of Position: The Manager, Development Operations provides support to the Development Team and leads in the planning and design of real estate projects. This position engages in tasks that are required to take a project from concept through preparation for construction, in coordination with the construction and property management teams. This position aligns with Ownership, Development Acquisitions, Construction Leadership and Preconstruction to deliver quality, reliable development services across multiple projects concurrently.

Principal Objective of Position: The Preconstruction Manager/Estimator is responsible for managing the project pre-construction phases associated with design, budget management, bidding, and issuance of subcontracts. This position will coordinate estimating and value analysis at each phase of design, ultimately preparing bid packages, bidding and scope reviews resulting in financial reviews, procurement and logistic plans. The Pre-Construction Manager/Estimator will work directly with the Vice President of Preconstruction, while coordinating with the Construction Team, Development Manager and Ownership.

Principal Objective of Position: The Manager, Development Acquisitions is responsible for identifying, managing, negotiating and securing financeable development opportunities that ensure that Trinitas achieves its project development objectives and revenue goals.

Principal Objective of Position: Under the supervision of the Stable Manager, the Stable Assistant will assist in the care of the horses by feeding, turning out and bringing in, and reporting any minor illness or injury to stable manager and horse owner . He/She will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of stables and overall barn areas.

Principal Objective of Position: The Leasing Associate is responsible and accountable for leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to ensure maximum occupancy and resident retention.
